If you are a new customer or do not
have your IBO# on file with us, you will need to access XSGEAR.co.uk
through the Amway Partner Store to receive PV/BV. Go
to amivo.co.uk and type xs gear in the search box.
Previously we were allowing customers to enter their IBO number during account
creation. Now that we are a fully qualified Amway
Partner Store, we have removed that option and are requesting that our
IBO customers access our site through the Amway Partner store interface. This
will allow us to accurately capture your IBO number and ensure that it is
valid and in the proper format for tracking and reporting to
Amway. This in turn will reduce errors and speed up the granting of your
reward points.
To view the IBO # on file for you: If you are an existing
customer, go to 'Account' , then click on 'Edit My Account Info', to see if we
have a valid
IBO# on file for you. If your IBO# is blank, 0, or contains anything but
numbers, it is not valid. You should go through Amway (amivo.co.uk) to update
your
IBO# in our system. You do not have to purchase anything. You can simply access
XSGEAR.co.uk through Amway and view and update your Account
Info.
If you are a new customer, you will need to access XSGEAR.co.uk through the
Amway Partner Store to store and validate
your IBO#.
You can, of course, always order directly from XSGEAR.co.uk. However, if we do
not have a valid IBO number for you on file you will not be awarded your bonus
points until we are able to properly track your
number. You also will not be able to see special information that we present
only to validated IBOs, such as marketing info, as well as be eligible for
special pricing or other promotions.
